Refund policy

No Refunds/Exchanges:

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our magnets, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at fridgefriendscustom@gmail.com, with a clear photo or video of the issue. We strongly recommend recording a quick video of the unboxing to help support any claims.

Upon review, we will notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund. If approved, your order will either be replaced or refunded using the original method of payment.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

1. What if my order is not delivered?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment and tracking shows no delivery attempt, we will issue a full refund.

2. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to offer reshipping at your cost.
If the package is delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be recovered, we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in such cases.

 

Shipping Returns (Only if approved):

If your return request is approved:

  1. Email us with your order number and issue. We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

  2. Ensure the magnets are unused, with all original packaging intact.

  3. Carefully repackage the items.

  4. Attach the return label and drop it off at the post office or schedule a pickup.

 

Exceptions:

  • Final Sale / Discounted Items:
    Items marked as Final Sale or heavily discounted are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Weather Delays:
    We are not responsible for delivery delays or damage due to extreme weather conditions, but we are happy to work with you to find a fair resolution.
